I had bought their filter system since 2016 I got my new house. And till recently I had renew and bought the machine for auto heating from them. I had no doubt and fully trusted them as they provide a very service and even after service. Good job. The water I had drink even more than before as the machine very convenient as I do not need to use kettle to boil water. The purified water also improve and makes me healthier than before.

Using Purity alkaline water for 2 years already. Item is good and their services is top-notch. Encounter a problem regarding my product at 8pm and they immediately send someone to rectify the issue. Issue settle within 1 hr.

Recontracted with Purity recently. The filters and hot-cold water dispensers were working perfectly for the past 3 years. There was once we broke the kitchen faucet, but Purity sent a replacement very promptly. They have very good customer service.

It was totally an amazing and incredible job done by Purity Singapore Pte Ltd. Definitely the most reasonable price for water dispenser complete with under sink water filter and free replacement filter in Singapore. Deeply appreciated and thankful for the helpful advises especially installing water piping in such a way “hidden” and “out of our sights” from the main water supplies to opposite side of our table top. Highly recommend Purity 3-1 dispenser, after using the machine for 3 years. Recently I have took up a 7 years filter package and upgraded to the latest model dispenser. I’m impressed that the water in the inner tank in the old dispenser remained crystal clear after 3 years of usage. The service team also tested the alkaline level of the water remained healthy. Spent two months time searching for alkaline filtration system! And I am so glad I finally found the one! Purity team is very efficient. After order confirmation, installation was done on the next day when I requested. When installer came down to install, he even help us fix the pipe as the plumber did not fix properly!
