Just installed purity yesterday. After the installation,Technician was patiently explained how to use the dispenser. Including Do and Don’ts. Quite straight forward though and filters are less costlier than other brands. Truly, cold and hot water dispensed quite quickly despite of being tankless and no water wastage or discharge. Importantly, water taste clean and sweet** It deserved a 5* if the taste continues to be good for next few months.

There were some water leaking issues for the water dispenser and tap on two separate occasions. Informed the team of Purity Singapore and they responded immediately to arrange a time to resolve the issue. The leaking issues were solved without any hassle. Kudos to the team for their quick response, professionalism and efficiency!

Due to the last minute relocation of the unit on a SATURDAY MIDNIGHT their team replied and arranged everything in a jiffy, entire process was smooth like a hot knife through butter. My faucet was dripping abit. Call Thomas and informed him about the fault. He responded fast & told me his technician will be there to rectify it.
