Refund Policy
- Refunds and cancellations are strictly before delivery
- Cancellations are only to be done within 3 days of purchase
- There will be a cancellation fee of 20% of the purchased bill if the request is after 3 days
- Merchandise items must be returned in original new condition including all original packaging
- The refund is only applicable for online purchases
